We are pleased to announce a special Lunch and Learn presentation.  The presentation will address Illinois (and some Indiana) case law dealing with employee handbooks as contracts, disclaimers, and strategies for using employee handbooks in litigation. It will address the Duldulao doctrine, efforts to limit its effect, negotiation of employee agreements, and important court decisions that can help litigants overcome contractual disclaimers in handbooks. The presentation is by Attorney Rima Kapitan from Kapitan Gomaa Law.

This CLE will be presented IN PERSON at Hughes Socol, 70 West Madison, 40th Floor.  ID must be presented at the lobby reception.

During the registration process, you will be asked whether you are attending IN PERSON or VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM.
