Join us for Anatomy of a Verdict: Tétrault v. Capital Group, a discussion on the issues, tactics, and strategies that led to a $13.9 million dollar retaliation judgment (currently on appeal before the Ninth Circuit). Hear directly from Seth Yohalem on the litigation decisions that shaped this incredible result. This presentation will provide practical insight on how he and his team put the case together from case inception, through discovery, an eight-day jury trial, and post-trial motions. 
   

This CLE will be presented IN PERSON at Hughes Socol, 70 West Madison, 40th Floor, Chicago, IL 60602. ID must be presented at the lobby reception.

During the registration process, you will be asked whether you are attending IN PERSON or VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM. The purpose of registration is to provide a list of in-person attendees to the building reception and to have an appropriate amount of food available.
