About this event
NELA-Illinois will be holding a second Lunch and Learn presentation this month on February 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Anna Koeppel and Rebecca Canary-King from the Illinois Department of Labor, along with David Lee from the Law Offices of David Lee will be reviewing the Personnel Records Review Act and the newly enacted Amendments. Attendees will gain valuable insights into compliance requirements, employee rights, and best practices for handling personnel records under the updated law.
This CLE will be presented remotely via Zoom.
NELA-IL is approved for CLE credit.
